Billing Policy – Gloss & Glow by Lida

At Gloss & Glow by Lida, we aim to make every appointment and payment process simple, clear, and stress-free. Please read our billing policy carefully before booking your appointment.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Bank Transfers (by prior arrangement)

  • Mobile Payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay

All payments must be completed in full on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
 

2. Deposits

Certain appointments, especially longer nail services or detailed nail art bookings, may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
 

Deposit Terms

  • Deposit amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice

  • Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments or no-shows

  • Deposits can be transferred to a new booking if sufficient notice is provided

Failure to pay a required deposit may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
 

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you:

  • Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice

  • Fail to attend your appointment

  • Arrive too late for the service to be completed

You may:

  • Lose your deposit

  • Be charged a cancellation fee

  • Be required to pay in full before future bookings are accepted

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
 

4. Nail Repairs & Service Adjustments

We take pride in the quality of our nail services and want every client to leave satisfied.

Repairs

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment

  • Minor repairs within this timeframe may be offered free of charge where appropriate

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, picking, biting, or removal by another salon is not covered

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services

  • Prepaid services not yet used may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
     

5. Pricing & Additional Charges

Prices for services may change at any time without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Nail art

  • Extra-long nails

  • Complex designs

  • Repairs

  • Add-on treatments

  • Removal of products applied by another salon

Final pricing will depend on the service provided during the appointment.
 

6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date

  • Vouchers can only be used for salon services

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
     

Promotional Offers

  • Only one promotional offer or discount may be used per appointment unless otherwise stated

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
     

7. Receipts & Invoices

Receipts are available upon request.

Clients may request:

  • Printed receipts

  • Digital receipts sent by email
